Lynn was one of the only woman-owned transportation company to provide transportation during Super Bowl XLIV 2010, in Miami Gardens, FL. She purchased her first investment property at the age of 21; (a duplex) and continued to invest throughout her adult life.  With her background in Business Administration, Hospitality, Stenography, and Accounting,  after becoming an independent consultant in 2010; BBE was born. Lynn created it to help her community economically organize. The first project developed by this organization is BBNomics the only Black crowdfunding site, soon after many more initiatives were designed and privately financed to help create meaningful community groups.

With the experience gained in Customer Service, she moved on to work as a Medical Technician. After three sterling years of service inpatient /customer care, she moved back to her first love, Office Administration.
 
For over 15 years she has been working as Admin Support to Managers, Directors, and CEO. She has worked in Sales/Marketing, Human Resource, Purchasing, Customer Relations and Accounting Departments.
